printIn April and May 2014 further training courses were organized within the project co-financed by the European Social Fund, entitled: "Academy of ACES. A comprehensive qualification development programme for the employees of ASA Sp. z o. o. Głubczyce" under Action 8.1.1 of the Human Capital Operational Programme.
This time, the participants could discover the secrets of the Excel computer programme and improve their driving skills.
In the training course entitled: "Improvement of driving skills" its participants acquired knowledge and skills related to the following driving techniques: ecological, economical and safe driving. They also acquired skid control skills (driving on a special skid circuit). Moreover, they learned how to drive in order to reduce fuel consumption even by 20%. Right after the training course its participants started implementing the newly acquired driving techniques, while driving both their private and company cars.
The training course aimed at improving the use of the Excel computer programme allowed its participants to learn the secrets of the software, and to enter, search for and analyse data in a more automatic manner. The objective of the training course conducted in the form of a workshop was the improvement and acceleration of the participants' work with the Excel programme. The useful hints and practical solutions presented by the coach will surely allow the participants to make more efficient use of the previously unknown to them secrets of Excel.
The Academy of Aces will continue its activities until the end of 2014, and therefore there are still many interesting and inspiring training courses awaiting the project participants.
