printOn 9 April 2011 in Częstochowa, another edition of the Częstochowa Race organized by the Association - ZABIEGANI Active People's Club was held.
It was for the third time that the Jasna Góra [Luminous Mount] was crowded with runners. Every year the number of the race participants continues to grow. The race has already become popular in Poland and abroad. In this edition, as many as 794 runners of both sexes lined up at the start. The race route (10 km long) comprised two 5-km laps around the Jasna Góra. The runners competed in various categories.
Just to remind you! The Częstochowa Race is a cyclical event organized for runners and by runners. Members of the ZABIEGANI Club spend a lot of their free time getting ready for the race for many months. They do it all in order to promote their common passion which is RUNNING and to show their gratitude to all the organizers of race events in which they participate all over Poland.

Every participant of the Częstochowa Race was awarded a commemorative medal, and ASA also funded cups and prizes in kind and money for the winners.
