Our Company has organized another lecture on pro-health subjects for the Third Age University students. This time we were invited to the Zacisze [Retreat] Culture House in Warsaw, where on 24 January 2011 Ms Magdalena Mokrogulska, MSc, a dietician permanently cooperating with our Company and a specialist in nutrition, gave a lecture.

Deeply believing in victory

This is the motto of children and adolescents associated in the pupils' sports club, Widok Lublin. The name derives from the "Widok" housing estate which is the location of Primary School no. 51 in Lublin, the official seat of the club.

Runners have welcomed the New Year

"Runners" from the Active People Club in Częstochowa as well as members of their families and the club's sympathizers have welcomed the New Year in an unusual way. It was on 2 January 2011 at noon, in the "Lisiniec" recreation park in Częstochowa.

Health is not everything,  but everything becomes nothing without health.

On 27 November 2010 the Sudecki Third Age University in Wałbrzych was the venue of a meeting dedicated to education, promotion and protection of elderly people's health.

ASA helps children!

The small but flourishing Mikołaj Kopernik Primary School in Zopowy can be a model to follow for many educational institutions. Ms Mariola Bedryj, who has been the school principal since 2007, together with the entire teaching staff and the Parents’ Council organizes various events (such as dancing parties, fairs, picnics) several times a year, during which she collects funds and goods for the school children and the school.

ASA as a friend of AMD patients

On 6 November 2010 the Age-Related Macular Degeneration Association invited its members and patients to a meeting. The objective of the meeting was the discussion of the ever-growing problem of AMD. The meeting was held in Warsaw in the Military Institute of Medicine.
