Senior Citizens Pro-health Education is a Key to Health

“Precious Health” is a greatest asset for each of us, no matter what age we are. However, the knowledge of an average Pole on the health prophylaxis is very small, Therefore, on 28 October 2010, there was held another educational meeting for senior citizens, this time in Opole, under the patronage of the ASA company and the Jagielonian University Foundation.

The Woman's Health Festival

The Woman's Health Festival was a series of lectures and workshops dedicated to the woman's health which were held on 23 October 2010 in Wrocław.

The originator and organizer of the event was Dr. Preeti Agrawal's Woman and Nature Foundation. Gynaecologists, midwives and parents-to-be participated in the Festival.

ASA and the BABIE LATO [Indian Summer] Association - together for health and edu

On 20 October 2010 in Nysa, students of the University of the Third Age participated in a meeting with Ms Małgorzata Proszkowiec.  The meeting was organised by the Babie Lato Association and ASA as part of the health protection and disability prevention programme. The project is co-financed by the Office of the Marshal of the Opolskie Province.

ASA Supports Universities of the Third Age

At the Economic University in Kraków the university of the third age inaugurated its activity. On 13 October 2010 there was a first lecture delivered by Ms Elżbieta Banasiak, solicitor. It turned out to be very popular and was attended by 150 students of the third age university.

Take care of your heart – fight against stress

On 12th October 2010 Głubczyce was the venue of a meeting organized by The European Association of Active Women - "ESKA". Seventy women participated in the event.

ASA supports the SPIN Foundation

The SPIN Foundation established in Opole supports the development of dancing skills of gifted children and youth.

The "positively spinned foundation”, as the members say about it, organizes various cultural events such as workshops, festivals and dance shows promoting young talented  dancers, who become a pride and ambassadors of the city of Opole and of the Opolskie Province.
