As part of the Polish national series of meetings dedicated to pregnant women's health entitled "A healthy baby in a healthy body", on 15 December 2011 we held a meeting with mothers and mothers-to-be in Poznań.
Our special guest and also the host of the meeting was a very energetic mother, as well as a well known and popular actress – Katarzyna Bujakiewicz.

She Intimately, or let us talk about health

"Let us talk about health" is the title of a series of meetings popularizing the latest methods of prevention of civilization-related diseases (such as cancer, cardiovascular system diseases, obesity). Organized by Image Line Communications uninterruptedly since 2007, they still enjoy great popularity. Several thousand inhabitants of Kraków have participated in them so far. Ms Jolanta Kwaśniewska, the former first lady, was actively involved in the promotion of knowledge of health and disease prevention during the first edition of the series.

Conscious motherhood - a recipe for a healthy child

Pregnancy is a stage in a woman's life that raises extremely many emotions. Joy related to the arrival of a new person to the world is interlaced with fears - concerning both the child's and the mother's health. If we want to ensure the child's proper development, we should start providing the organism with essential support and protection from the moment of conception.

"Beauty in health" with ASA

On 5 November 2011 in Złote Tarasy in Warsaw, the final of the nationwide pro-health campaign "Beauty in Health" organised by the "Zwierciadło" monthly magazine was held.

On 27 October 2011 a press meeting entitled "I feel healthy but I want to be sure - I have regular medical examinations" was held. During a lively discussion, the invited experts familiarised the journalists present at the meeting with the issues concerning female cancer and the significance of prophylaxis. Halina Mlynkova, an artist who actively supports many social campaigns for women's health, was a special guest.
