Consequently, with the passing of time, it is subject to typical physiological wear and you have no influence on the course of these changes. You do, however, have influence on the speed of these changes and it depends on you, to a large extent, whether the process will be accelerated or slowed down.
In the latter case, we mean the prevention of the locomotive system's dysfunction. It is prophylaxis and your conscious attitude, your personal and conscious participation in the prevention of ailments that allow the optimal functioning of your body and condition the proper life quality. It is worth, then, taking care of your body relatively early, treating this as an investment in the subsequent years of your life.
A meeting organized in Głubczyce on 18 January 2011 was dedicated to the problems of the locomotive system's dysfunctions. The meeting was organized by the European Association of Active Women (EAAW) in cooperation with our Company. Dr. Dawid Bączkowicz, a physiotherapist from the Babie Lato [Indian Summer] Association from Opole, talked about the locomotive system's dysfunctions and most common injuries.
A representative of our Company presented information concerning the preparations manufactured by ASA which help to take care of the proper functioning of the joints (ARTRESAN) and the healthy and strong bones (OSTEOVIT 1000).
Later, Magdalena Morozińska, a physiotherapist from the REH-MED Rehabilitation Centre, discussed the orthopedic and auxiliary equipment cost refunding rules, and Patrycja Chomiczewska from the "Hobby Sport" School of a Healthy Lifestyle presented Aqua Aerobic and yoga as forms of a healthy lifestyle.
Mr Jerzy Daciów gave a song recital, which ended the meeting.
