On 5 November 2011 at Złote Tarasy in Warsaw the final of the nationwide pro-health campaign "Beauty in Health" organised by the "Zwierciadło" monthly magazine will be held. The initiative aims at the promotion of preventive health care referring both to the body and mind. The event will be hosted by Katarzyna Montgomery and Agata Młynarska. Its programme involves, among others, dietary and cosmetic counselling, a performance by the famous Melkart Ball duo, an ecological fashion show, Robert Sowa's cuisine corner and interviews with celebrities.
During the final of the "Beauty in Health" campaign, which is going to be held on Saturday, 5 November 2011, at Złote Tarasy in Warsaw, from 12 to 4 p.m., the journalists Katarzyna Montgomery and Agata Młynarska will carry out interviews concerning a healthy lifestyle with authorities in psychology and medicine, as well as with celebrities such as Anna Dereszowska, Reni Jusis, Maciej Miecznikowski, Agnieszka Maciąg, Kasia Bosacka, Małgorzata Braunek, Paulina Holtz, Monika Mrozowska, Julia Pietrucha and Paulina Przybysz. Practical advice and hints concerning everyday health care, a proper diet, physical fitness as well as mental balance and harmony - are just a few of the items on the agenda. During the campaign, LuxMed clinics all over the country offer a 50% discount for health examinations. The campaign symbol is a specially designed Lilou bracelet with a sunflower which is to remind us of annual prophylactic examinations.

During the event, the participants will have an opportunity to get dietary and cosmetic counselling and to take part in a workshop organised by "Zwierciadło" with Kazimierz Nalepa, a coach at the Zwierciadło Academy, who will tell them how to awake their internal beauty during a meeting entitled "It is better to be beautiful, healthy and rich".
The culinary master Robert Sowa will tell the participants how to cook in a healthy way.
A fitness session with Edyta Herbuś and Reebok and a competition in which it will be possible to win a unique metamorphosis with Agnieszka Maciąg, Sephora and Marco Aldany are further attractions of the event. Finally, we will be able to watch an unusual fashion show featuring the "Eko Ego" ecological collection by Odzieżowe Pole and the performance of the acrobatic Merkalt Ball duo, the winner of the first Polish edition of the "I've got talent" TV show.
