Prof. Maria Szyszkowska is an outstanding philosopher, social activist and author of numerous books and publications in the field of culture and the ethics of philosophy, including also articles written for the "Appetite for Health" Magazine published by our Company.
Professor Szyszkowska has been a lecturer in contemporary philosophy, philosophy of culture and philosophy of law at various Polish higher education schools for many years. In the years 1994-1997 she was a judge of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Republic of Poland. She was also a Senator of the Republic of Poland.
On 14 May 2014, on the Pharmacist Day, the inhabitants of Opole had an opportunity of participating in Prof. Maria Szyszkowska's lecture entitled: "The Philosophy of Pharmacy". The meeting was organized by the Museum of Opole Silesia in Opole.
