Poznań was the seat of another "ONA Intymnie" Workshop organised by our Company together with Agata Młynarska and the www.onaonaona.com portal.
How was it? Charming, wise and ... tasteful.
Wise, beautiful and active women, above all, taking care of their own health and inner development gathered in one room. Together, in an atmosphere of trust, closeness and friendship, we talked about important things. We talked about health, in particular, about intimate health, which is fundamental for each of us. We discussed our sexuality, which is a part of our life. We chatted about relations with our partners, how to form a healthy relation with our partner, that is a relation which allows both partners to develop and make their dreams come true, at the same time making life harmonious and beautiful.
Dr Jacek Tomaszewski was our guide through the intricacies of health. Women always listen to his lectures attentively, as he reveals secrets of their health and physiology about which they do not hear from their physicians. Dr Tomaszewski "disenchanted" some popular myths concerning intimate health and presented practical information which may help each of us to take effective care of our intimate health.
After Dr Tomaszewski's lecture, abounding in emotions and questions, a workshop entitled "Woman's sexuality" started. It was brilliantly conducted by a sexologist, Agnieszka Borowska-Zięba and Justyna Błaszczyk from the Coaching and Inspiration Academy. During this workshop every participant could face her own problems, maladies and concealed expectations. Although we talked about difficult matters, every participant left the workshop smiling, with a positive attitude and with a firm resolution to introduce some positive changes in her life. The workshop was the first step towards a change, towards a better understanding of oneself and one's expectations of the relationship and of one's partner.
Our workshop was held in a charming place – the Kukania Restaurant, a cosy place with a pleasant atmosphere, which thanks to the owner, Ms Katarzyna Dużałka, became "the fountain of femininity" for the Saturday afternoon.
