Chitosan is a completely natural preparation deriving from crustacean shells and having the unique ability to bind fat.  Similarly to plant fibres, chitosan is not digested.

Status: a dietary supplement

Form: hard gelatin capsules

Composition: 1 capsule contains:
Basic substance: Chitosan – 200 mg
Auxiliary substances: talc (anti-caking substance, gelatin (capsule), titanium dioxide (E 171) – dye.

Dosage and directions for use: orally, 2-4 capsules daily before a meal, with a small amount of water. The capsule should be swallowed without opening or dissolving in fluid. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Storage: store in a dry place at room temperature (15–25 °C). Keep out of reach of children.
