We are pleased to inform you that ASA was once again awarded the prestigious title of Business Gazelleby the editors of “Puls Biznesu” in cooperation with the company Coface Poland.
The victory in the 11th edition of the competition is a confirmation of ASA’s high position among the Polish entrepreneurs. More than 4 thousand companies participated in the “Business Gazelle” competition this year. ASA’s victory is the consequence of a steady increase in the Company’s turnover during the three years of business activity (expressed in percentages) and its splendid reputation among contractors and customers.
What do a modern company and a gazelle have in common?
According to “Puls Biznesu”, a Gazelle is a medium-sized business which performs very well among even much bigger competitors, and when threatened by them, it simply runs ahead.
The prestigious title of the Business Gazelle 2010 was awarded to ASA because it is a company which:
• started its business activity before 2007 and has been conducting it without interruptions
• in the base year 2007 its sales revenue was between PLN 3 and 200 million
• in the years 2007-2009 ASA recorded an increase in sales revenue every year
• in the years 2007-2009 ASA did not have any losses
• it has allowed an analysis of its financial results at least since 2007 (by publishing them in Monitor Polski B or providing data to Coface Poland, or making them available on request by filling in an application form).1
This special distinction awarded to the most dynamic Polish medium-sized companies characterized by their flawless reputation and fairness to their shareholders, is a confirmation of the correct direction of the company’s development. A steady increase in sales revenue proves that we have managed well even in the present economic crisis.
The award and title is a recognition of the company’s business activity of many years; due to its dynamic character, ASA can win even with much larger competitors. During the three consecutive years the company did not have any losses and, moreover, it achieved a considerable sales revenue increase every year. Besides, it has a flawless reputation among its contractors as an exceptionally fair company.
This year’s honourable distinction in the Business Gazelle ranking will be yet another distinction and award received by ASA from the “Business Pulse” in the previous years:
In 2006 ASA was among the companies nominated to the title of Business Gazelle.
In 2007 ASA was awarded the title of Business Gazelle.
In 2008 ASA was awarded a distinction in the Business Gazelle ranking.
