Lactoferrin 100 drops is a product in the form of a suspension, which contains lactoferrin, intended for infants and children.
Lactoferrin:
- A protein naturally present in the human body. It is present in the highest concentration in human colostrum and milk.
- It belongs to the transferrin family of proteins, i.e. proteins that can bind to iron ions and thus iron becomes absorbed by the body.
- It has a multifunctional positive effect on the human body, and thus becomes a valuable dietary supplement for both children and grown-ups.
Components: medium-chain fatty acids (MCT oil), lactoferrin from cow milk.
Recommended daily dosage and directions for use:
- Infants and little children (under the age of 3): 12 drops of the suspension
- Children (above the age of 3): 24 drops of the suspension
A portion of the product can be placed directly in the mouth, on a spoon or mixed with a small amount of lukewarm water, milk or another fluid (to be used directly after preparation). Shake vigorously before use to achieve a uniform suspension. Sedimentation is a natural property of the product.
Lactoferrin becomes denatured at high temperatures, so do not add the drops to any hot fluid.
